-Learn the differences of whiskey and bourbon.
-Basic distillation: "Heads & Tails".
-The barrel and why it is key to making a great.
-Why are barrels charred?
-Aging.
-Test your nose & palette with aroma oils.

This tasting will include 4 mainstream pours, with 1 top shelf surprise bottle!
"I'll take another, please..." 2.0/hrs.

-Expand on the basics by learning to pull different flavors from mid-to-higher level pours
